Reach Road Gallery
is located at 62 Reach Road, Sedgwick, Maine. The gallery is part of
the artist's home and studio, and is open June through September, Wednesday
through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Off season, please e-mail for an
appointment to
meade.holly@gmail.com. Always showing are 20 or so of Meade's woodblock prints, as well as original illustrations from her children's books. To reference children's books illustrated by Meade, please go to Amazon.com for a listing. Prices for framed and matted prints and illustrations range from $20 to $850. The artist is there working throughout the summer, and can be summoned from her studio by bell. Please visit! TO GET TO REACH ROAD GALLERY....... Find your way to the town of Blue Hill ( just up the coast from Deer Isle, and down the coast from Mt. Desert). In Blue Hill, turn under the blinking light onto Route 172 to Sedgwick. After 9 miles of winding road, route 172 will T with Reach Road. Turn right and watch for the REACH ROAD GALLERY sign with the fox on it, coming up soon on your left.
